- A 7-day free trial first. You're not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost. The trial is for an estate's first subscription; if you cancel and come back later, it starts straight away.
- One price per estate, whatever its size. Add your manager, family and staff as editors or viewers at no extra cost.
- Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.

What's included
- Harvest planner: when the next harvest is due, how many nuts to expect and what they should bring in, learned from your own harvests, trees and the season.
- Buyer payments: advances, grades and balances, or single payments, set up the way your buyer pays, with late payments flagged.
- Cash outlook and budget: money expected each month against your typical spending, and regular costs that are due or missed.
- Market prices: your buyer's quotes against the Colombo coconut auction, with a forecast for the coming harvests.
- Weather and rainfall: the estate's weather, and how rainfall shows up in later harvests.
- Bill reading: photograph a bill or statement and it's read into records for you to check, or import a pile of past documents at once.
- The estate: a census of your palms and other crops by block and stage, and your workers' days and pay month by month.
- Sharing and records: everyone you add sees the same numbers; every record can be searched, edited and exported, with nightly backups.
How paying works
Subscriptions are sold through our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle handles checkout, payment, invoices and tax, and you can update your card or cancel from your account. If a subscription ends, the estate's records are kept and stay readable, so nothing is lost.
